Adding one of the missing pieces:
nettle (2.7.1) can be built against GMP 4.2.1, however there is a
testsuite failure (ecc-modinv-test). The failure is probably caused by
some upstream bug in GMP. - Upgrading gmp to 2:4.3.1+dfsg-1 lets the
the test succeed, while versions up to and including 2:4.2.4+dfsg-8.1
fail.
