There's a typo on this page: Choose Creating a new account.
The Launchapd help site contains documentation on creating a new
account and what to do if your email address is already in use on
Launchpad.
It says Launchapd, not Launchpad.
The icon of Tae-Wong SEO displays an inactive user icon next to the user's name.
For example:

The account (seotaewong40) has been suspended in Launchpad when
renaming an answer title several times and in Mozilla Bugzilla when
repeatedly making inaccurate statements.
Can you remove the disabled account (mantral-deactivatedaccount) from
the Pending members list from this page:
