I, for one, use emacs24 in graphical mode. This means I have a menu up there, I preview html pages and graphics inside emacs, and other things like that. I never got to remember the procedure for copy-pasting something from another window (say, a browser) inside emacs -nw. However, I find Xemacs terrible, and inferior to emacs24 on all accounts, and I think xemacs really doesn't need to be in Debian. But who am I to prevent somebody caring about that package? Now, if somebody maintaining a package that I don't care for comes forward and cries for help, so be it. I will not care for it any more. It's a pity there is so much to be duplicated between Xemacs and emacs. Out of curiosity, what is in Xemacs and not in a recent emacs? Sincerely, -- Jean-Christophe Dubacq
