XBMC packaging (was: Re: Bug#732159: Should this package be removed?)

Thank you for the invitation. I don't know the full story behind XBMC
and the Multimedia Team, thus I would like to start maintaining it
outside of the team, then when both upstream and the team is satisfied
with XBMC's state in Debian I would happily join.

I have created a git repository [1] under collab-maint for now. It still
does not conform fully to Multimedia policy, but I tried to start the
convergence. :-)
