Not just over the net. You can be in trouble if another user has an
account on your computer. Or if you decide at some point to add such
an account, you need to remember whether you have installed modified
versions of AGPL software and whether they can be accessible by other
users of the machine.

Installations in a directory mounted over NFS can also be a problem.
