I'm at loss with what to do with #710047. (random freeze since wheezy)
And just closing #708158 ("desktop becomes slower once plugged into power")
saying "you didnt supply more info" also is not really my prefered move but
I'm a bit hesistant to just reassign to the tracker package. Maybe I should,
other ideas welcome.
