Not necessarily. If ping and mouse movements still work (but nothing
else does), it might be that the browser is somehow grabbing all input
and discarding it.

Felipe: can you reproduce this bug with chromium?

Copyshops should do vouchers. So that next time some bureaucracy
requires you to mail a form in triplicate, you can mail it just once,
add a voucher, and save on postage.
