At last.
I've always thought having changelog and copyright in /usr is incorrect
and they belong with other metadata. And when I saw discussions about M-A
and binNMUs I've instantly understood that it is the real solution for
that problem.
I'm not sure about "as long as it's in machine parseable format" though.


(maybe we'll get signed .debs and other RPM goodies one day too)
