Do you mean it went away, because in /usr/udev/rules.d it's not in
/etc, which meaningfully says "do not edit me, I'm not a conf file",
which leads to admins having less issues (because refraining from
hacking around)?
By the way, .rpmnew files really sux indeed! :)
