 * Google's Melange
 * Melage (cream)
 * OpenStack Melange

No one's denying the fact -- I'm just saying, we can do the following
here:

 * No one takes `melange'
 * OpenStack Melange becomes openstack-melange (or whatever)
 * Cream becomes cream-melange (or whatever)
 * Ubuntu follows suit
 * Ubuntu MOTU / Core-dev upload `melange' as a transitional package
   which points to openstack-melange.

After this, they can wait 3 years if they want, then clear out the deps.

I mean, it's not that bad. Everyone here's seen worse. This would also
solve an annoying problem before we have to deal wit hit.
