See §6.2.2 of the developer's reference. I'd been delaying adding this, or any new script, to vim-scripts (as requested in #624661) since vim-addon-manager needs to be fixed to better handle new/removed/renamed files. Currently, if any of that happens, the user has to notice it and remove/re-add the plugin.
