Oops, my bad, these results were mistakenly filtered to:
  xz*5<gz*4 and xz+10240<gz
rather than xz+10240<gz like I said.  Still, 51 files with diff >10KB, 9
with diff >20KB.  And obviously the additional ones give less than 25%
benefit...
