Tagging it with wheezy *is* the correct thing to do.  If you're
tagging it with only sid it means that it can never affect
anything else than sid.  And since this is a bug caused by some
other package and you can't prevent that other package from
migrating to testing, you have to assume that it will affect
testing in the future.  Else when it does migrate to testing this
is a bug that nobody will care about since it only affects
unstable.
