That's pretty much my position.

As for trademark, they are basically saying, in that bug, that as far as
Camino is not claiming to be Firefox, it's ok, though the question
should be asked to MoCo.

I'm 100% sure adding "(like Firefox/version)" will lead to no (legal)
problem, because it's unambigous.
OTOH, I'm not sure that a MoCo answer on whether adding
"Firefox/version" can be firm and definitive. I know it is a different
context, now there is a real entity behind, but the whole Firefox
trademark issue (the part where we had an agreement and it vanished)
still sticks in my throat.
