CoinMP is a C-API interface library that supports most of the
functionality of the CLP (Coin LP), CBC (Coin Branch-and-Cut), and CGL
(Cut Generation Library) projects.

CoinMP is part of the larger COIN-OR initiative (Computational
Infrastructure for Operations Research).
