  Description     : GSI plugin for gSOAP

 gSOAP is a C/C++ implementation for the SOAP protocol, allowing web
 services to communicate between themselves and to the user running
 respective client programs.  The Grid Security Infrastructure (GSI)
 refers to mechanisms implemented by the Globus grid middleware to
 identify users and servers with X.509 certificates. This library
 brings the two together.
