Data packages.

Dear Joey,
that sounds very, very interesting! Is there a place where we can know better
about this data archive? In Debian Med, we are already working on a system to
get data and, and I am exploring the possibility to to use it to produce binary
packages but no source packages. Would it be compatible with your plans?
