You need to fill in the version and upstream author(s).

A better URL would be http://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/

The license of netlogo (which you should have filled in) is not DFSG-compliant.
So netlogo can only go into non-free. Also, according to the netlogo website,
the source code is not available. Do you really want to package this?

Please fill in ALL the fields, and provide a long description as well. Also, do
not repeat the name of the package in the short description. See section 6.2 of
the Developers Reference for more information:
