That depends on what we get out with in the end.
Probably all buildds can build arch:all (so the buildd maintainer wants it),
and there will be a new control field "Build-Architecture" for the
arch:all ones, for the few cases where it is mandantory to build on one
specific architecture.

No, if you reread the second paragraph of this section you will see why.
When we go and activate it it we will list more details. (It is not yet)
Though there is no change for contact points or the like, it stays like
it is. (And is actually nothing we are involved in, its buildd folks).
