YUI 3 is Yahoo!'s next-generation JavaScript and CSS library for 
building richly interactive web applications using techniques such  as DOM 
scripting, DHTML and AJAX.

(Note: this is being packaged seperately because it is API incompatible 
with Version 2 which is already in the archive as the yui package.  It 
will be maintained by the pkg-javascript group.)
