So blame them. But as for reporting a large number of RC bugs, it has been
shown in the previous release cycles that putting this in the frame of release
goals was a good way to structure this work. To point at other's errors is not
the most efficient way to contribute to our project, what is needed is manpower
to implement the solution.
Said differently in the so kind dialect of debian-devel: will you send patches?
