I got a reply from the maintainer, Eric Van Buggenhaut, 2008-05-11 on
an email I sent 2008-05-04.  He said he had been busy, but hoped to
retake his debian duties in a couple of weeks or so.  Because of this,
I suspect he would be happy to get help with his packages.
