Lucas Nussbaum threw the idea of having a webpage with posisbly
annotated patches for each Debian package on *.debian.org at me the
other day, in response to the OpenSSL debacle. I really liked it!

It would be making it easy for everyone to look exactly at what we
change between upstream and us, and it would certainly help with
collaboration and QA.

Apologies if this has been mentioned before. I am currently swamped
and can't read along.
