I believe this is some fallout from a spamassassin upgrade, however,
some things I can think of:
get the bug closed and archived
help improve the spamassassin config/tests:
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-listmaster/trunk/spamassassin_config
reopen the bug every time a spammer closes it
