For the records, I have some bits of response : asking the maintainers,
I got informed of that :
"It was outdated and RC-buggy, and the release team removed them:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=484009
Help in maintaining it would be welcomed!"
Dunno for ntp, still.
