Gnome-spell to use libenchant to update spell-checking abilities (especially Evolution)?

Hi,

Would someone have interest to check/discuss if Debian would/could use
libenchant instead of aspell for gnome-spell, bug #473541 [1]. It's
already being used in eg. Fedora 9 [2], and brings a multitude of
enchantments via enchant's support for eg. hunspell, voikko and other
libraries. My own interest is naturally in the Finnish spellchecking
voikko, which would tremendously improve Evolution's usability for
Finnish users (aspell-fi is next to useless and cannot be improved
much, either, because of the difficulty of the language itself).

The patch is originally from Abisource, modified by me into a dpatch.
Modified version at mentors.debian.net [3], and it works great for me.
The size of the diff comes, as can easily seen, from the fact of
having aclocal/autoconf/automake run results in the second dpatch, to
pick up the new dependencies of the first patch.
