where to find linux-kbuild-2.6.21?

Hello,

I installed linux-image-2.6.21-1-686 from
http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net and I would like to also install
linux-headers-2.6.21-1-686 (to build some modules for the Apple MacBook
Pro not included in the Debian kernel).

The problem is that linux-headers-2.6.21-1-686 depends on
linux-kbuild-2.6.21 but I can't find this package anywhere.

Where is linux-kbuild-2.6.21?

I sent this question on the debian-kernel mailing list 2 days ago but
got no answer yet.
