in order to use the  printer (after configuring the printer) you must 
set /dev/usb/lp0 permissions to 755, 777 ... (various printers models)

No you don't need to, nor should you be doing this.  You should probably ask
for help with your problem on debian-user-spanish, since this is not a
well-formed bug report.
