testing has texlive-base 2007-10, and texlive-bin 2007-12.

Package: texlive-base
Version: 2007-12
Depends: texlive-doc-base (>= 2007), texlive-base-bin (>= 2007-13), texlive-common (>= 2007)

so texlive-base needs a newer texlive-bin in testing.

Package: texlive-font-utils
Source: texlive-bin
Version: 2007-14
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.6-1), libkpathsea4 (>= 2007), texlive-base (>= 2007-11), texlive-common (>= 2007)

and texlive-bin needs a newer texlive-base.

Cheers,
Julien
