I have had a reworked Debian package for refblas3 that uses gfortran for a 
while. It compiles. However, the regression tests don't pass for some reason. 
I have posted it at [1]. Would you be interested in checking it out? Feel 
free to use it to generate a proper Debian package for refblas3 using 
gfortran.

At [1], there is also a directory called cmake_test where I was experimenting 
with building refblas3 with cmake. Also, you can connect to [1] with 
read-only webdav if that's useful to you.
