We don't need to describe in excrutiating detail every aspect of every
package.  If someone doesn't know what Tor is, they're probably not the
target audience, in the same way that you don't have to have an RFC like
description of snmp to know that snmpwalk is not the package you're 
looking for.

I agree that where possible, we should be clear in the package
descriptions.  However, given that some subset of software is aimed at
a fairly esoteric userbase, pretending that it's intended for general
use is fairly silly.
