There's no need to file bug reports for binary removals if you've correctly
dropped the references to those binaries from debian/control.  libsasl2 is
already in the current dak cruft-report as an NBS binary.

It would have been more time-consuming, but the point would be to not break
debootstrap for folks, so I don't know that I would call it pointless.
