Not to be a stick in the mud... but I show this:
        greg@princess:~$ apt-cache show tilda
        Package: tilda
        Priority: optional
        Section: x11
        Installed-Size: 100
        Maintainer: David Moreno Garza <damog@debian.org>
        Architecture: i386
        Version: 0.09.2-1
        [snipped the rest]

So, I am not sure I understand.
