More generally, I would say a view in which the bugs are sorted in
reverse order of last activity; with activity defined either as
"received mail from anyone" or "mail from the maintainer(s)".

I have no clue about the code of the web interface of the bts, but I can
try to mock-up a sorting criterion to be integrated in the "bts"
devscript.
