Sounds reasonable. I do not see any real pain shipping a binary in
libfoo, even if the name suggests something different.
I once read the following statement:
"How to check, whether my debian/copyright is okay? - Upload to NEW and
wait for ftp-master action."
As there is no point in the policy oslt, this would apply for your
"problem" too ;)
