(fwd) Processing of delete-foo-update.commands

Dear all!

I am fighting with the .commands files to be uploaded, but I always get:

----- Forwarded message from Archive Administrator <dak@ftp-master.debian.org> -----

I created the commands file and signed it with debsign, it looks pretty
normal:
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Uploader: Norbert Preining <preining@debian.org>
Commands:
 rm texlive-bin_2005.dfsg.2-9.dsc
 rm texlive-bin_2005.dfsg.2-9.diff.gz
 rm texlive-base-bin_2005.dfsg.2-9_i386.deb
 rm context-doc-nonfree_2007.01.02-1.dsc
 rm context-doc-nonfree_2007.01.02.orig.tar.gz

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----
Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux)

iD8DBQFFo7EX0r9KownFsJQRAinMAJ9G15w4jARvO3s2SALg80cmLVFA9gCfUdkG
Y9OSgo5AJfOc2sQ4hJN1lx4=
=WnPe
-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

and the signature check also works. So why do I get the reject, is the
Archive Administrator a bit broken?

Best wishes

Norbert
