 The backlog is huge, and I wouldn't imagine anyone going through the
 ~700 bugs the mozilla source gained over the years.  But since some bug
 reports might carry some value, it would be nice to include a
 description of the situation and instructions to reopen bugs in the
 mass closing mail(s).
