I had already checked the packages you posted on sf.net and have not been able
to find bug fixes anywhere near that number.  In fact, most of the bugs
you listed as fixed were ones that my NMUs fixed.

I did not do that.

 * On March 13, I submitted #356755 asking for a new version.  You said
   you had it "packaged already".

 * On April 27, I offered to adopt it for you.  I received no reply
   prior to posting my message on debian-devel.

I can provide logs and message copies if you need them.

Working Bacula packages in Debian.  Period.
