I also add the same the other day... for me wiki.d.o (moinmoin) should be
configured to send mail via /usr/sbin/sendmail instead of SMTP connection.

SMTP connection is too unreliable nowadays (think greylisting) and those
scripts can't handle resend after a temporary error.

CCing debian-admin so that they can fix this.
