Bug#402443: general: GNOME file box does not show hidden files

The GNOME file chooser box does not permit the selection of hidden files
or directories (their name begin with a dot).
The option may be somewhere in the GNOME configuration tool, but it is not
visible in the box itself, as it should be.

I did not know exactly where this bug should be sent, so I sent it here.
