Section of -dev packages

Hi,

I ever thought development packages classified by $NAME-dev belong to the
Section devel or libdevel, but

% apt-cache search -n .\*-dev\$ | sed 's/ -.*//' | \

I am really suprised. Which packages belong to devel/libdevel?
