Which means that I, if I wanted to use cxxtools from my code, would
need to relicence all of my code (Artistic Licence) to a new licence
(Clarified Artistic Licence), which is not even available on
fsf.org, gnu.org, or opensource.org, only on some independent server
in Italy.

Anyway, it's best if I stop this now.
