Okay; I'm sending a followup which is my first attempt at providing a
best-practice script. At least 50% of what I want is to provide
something which can be expanded on when people come up with other
useful stuff. None of it should be very noisy at all for people
following best-practices, but should still catch as many things as
possible of course.
