Write patch. At a minimum the package should be "i386 amd64". In
general anything with "Arch: i386" should add amd64.

Also pcsx should not be in P-A-S (and isn't on cvs.d.o) because:

mrvn@storage:~% zcat
/mnt/mirror/debian/dists/sid/contrib/source/Sources.gz| grep-dctrl
pcsx
Package: pcsx
Binary: pcsx
Version: 1.6df-1
Priority: optional
Section: contrib/games
Maintainer: Ryan Schultz <schultz.ryan@gmail.com>
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.0.0), x11proto-core-dev | x-dev,
libgtk2.0-dev, zlib1g-dev | libz-dev
Architecture: i386
Standards-Version: 3.6.2
Format: 1.0
Directory: pool/contrib/p/pcsx
Files:
 972b029160bdc0a1c6316d27280fe7ec 619 pcsx_1.6df-1.dsc
 c688e5da5ee3aa6a1b2377545d97a4e1 317340 pcsx_1.6df.orig.tar.gz
 006f2f71b0dcc24ec2c76821504f03ec 2540 pcsx_1.6df-1.diff.gz

wanna-build already filters the Architecture field of sources. The
package will automaticaly only appear on i386. When more archs (or
any) appear there wanna-build will pick it up for those archs
automatically.

PS: policy dictates that where possible all archs has to be supported
