Ehm, the Test7 works fine and nobody yet complaint about it.
If you have problems please report them on debian-powerpc, I haven't
found any mail from you on this list.
Additionally the name is not chosen very good since the patch is for 
powerbooks too.

You should really get more experience with the patch if you want to 
package it. Maybe you want to try my ppc kernel packages at:
http://people.debian.org/~formorer/ppc. The packages have been reported
as working fine for ibooks.
