Except that Tonto won't be efficient, because he doesn't know more than Joe 
Random Developer (remember, the reason why Lone picked him was that he 
'doesn't get in the way', which will frequently mean that he'll not be 
interested in the package anymore by the time his attention would be 
needed.)
