As far as I'm concerned RTFM means:
 Read The F<something> Manual
Where, depending on your level of frustratrion and the actual quality of the 
manual F<something is one of:
 [Fantabulous, Fantastic, Fine, Freaking, Frigging, Funky, Fucking, ...]
