Of course this could all have been prevented if they had read their postmaster 
mail and acted promptly on the matter.  My first complaint about the spam was 
CC'd to their postmaster address, if they had acted properly to that message 
then the matter would have been entirely resolved on the 3rd of April 2002.

The solution to their image problem is to make their web page contain useful 
information that people will link to.
