This program "polcnv" is designed to convert
files between different encoding methods
used for polish texts (but is not limited to them).
It can be used also to covert plain text documents in any language
using supported character encoding methods.
Be aware that in some cases such conversion might loose
some characters since not all characters representable in source
might be representable in destination enconding.
