Don't think so:

apollock@caesar:~$ grep-available -s Package,Maintainer -P --eregex '^bash$|^csh$'
Package: csh
Maintainer: Matej Vela <vela@debian.org>

Package: bash
Maintainer: Matthias Klose <doko@debian.org>
